Join a seven-day SeaChef Culinary Sailing trip from Split and explore Vis, Korčula, Hvar, and Šolta at an easy pace. Travel aboard a modern sailing catamaran, waking each day to a new island, meal, and view, with a relaxed balance of sailing, food, and island life.
The journey includes three hands-on cooking sessions with a private chef, using local ingredients such as fresh fish and island herbs. Between meals, there’s time to swim, relax in quiet bays, and enjoy sunset dinners on deck with a glass of wine.
Along the way, you’ll explore Split’s old town, experience Vis’s laid-back atmosphere, enjoy wine tasting on Korčula, and take in the energy of Hvar before finishing in the calm surroundings of Šolta.

Depart from Split and head toward the quiet island of Šolta. It’s an easy first day: swimming, relaxing, and a simple SUP session in a sheltered bay. A homemade local meal on board brings everyone together.
Start the morning with breakfast underway, then arrive on Vis, an island known for its authenticity and calm atmosphere. Explore the town, stop by local cafés, and settle into the slower pace. The first cooking workshop takes place on board in a peaceful bay.
Leave early to visit the Blue Cave. After the tour, continue to Komiža, a small fishing town with a strong local character. Enjoy a light snack and a guided introduction to freediving in nearby calm waters. End the day with a sunset dinner.
A longer sail takes you to Korčula, known for its medieval old town and relaxed setting. Guests can explore the streets or rest on board before attending to an on-shore cooking workshop focused on preparing a traditional “peka", slow-cooked lamb and vegetables under an iron bell, complemented by Korčulan Grk wine.
Sail through the bays of the breathtaking Pakleni archipelago, stopping for swims and snacks. Continue to Hvar, where guests take part in a local olive oil tasting and learn about the island’s varieties. The day ends with dinner on a mountain terrace overlooking the area.
Sail to Brač and visit a local winery for a tasting based on the island’s long winemaking tradition. The final cooking workshop takes place on board, preparing a local specialty that pairs well with the island’s red wines.
Cruise back to Split in the morning. Enjoy breakfast on deck, a last swim, and relaxed goodbyes, closing the trip much as it began.
